Returns Policy

If you received a damaged or defective item, a wrong item, or suspect that your item has been lost in transit, BEFORE LEAVING US FEEDBACK LESS THEN 5 STARS please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do what is possible to correct the problem so you are satisfied.

You may return any item purchased from us within 14 (fourteen) days for a full refund of the purchase price with tax (if any was charged). We do not refund shipping charges or any additional duty or import charge your package may have been subject to.

Our customers must pay return shipping costs.

Returned goods must be shipped “PREPAID” with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Approved) in suitable packaging. No returns will be accepted by sending “collect”. You must contact us first prior to returning any item.

Products returned from outside Canada must be shipped via regular mail due to customs regulations. Shipments via courier services cannot be accepted and will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.

Once the item has arrived to our location, it will be inspected and a proper refund will be given. The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.), in new condition. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. It will be returned at the customer’s expense.
