Our installed sales department is looking for an organized & personable person who is able to organize & manage the large book of work we have on the go. Can’t stress enough how important “fit” is to us. You are joining a family and you can bet you will not just be a number.
Who Are We??
We’ve been in business since 1984 & have been installing windows, doors, garages, shed, decks, kitchens, baths, siding & roofing since 1991. We treat our installed sales department as a quasi separate company who just happens to be LumberMart’s BEST customer.
What Is The Job??
You’ll get to do lots of things! First priority is to make sure our installed jobs run the right way. You will also estimate materials, labour & profit under the supervision of our installed sales manager.
Other duties will include, project management, customer relations, contract writing, collections, consultation, vendor research & attending site meetings and even a little marketing?
Some background in a contracting environment
High School Diploma
Skills in Excel, Word and point of sale systems an asset but not required
Some sales/estimating experience
Bonus Points For;
Kitchen & Bath Design Experience
Garage, Shed & Deck Experience
Worked in an installed sales division for another Building Supply
MEDICAL, DENTAL,RRSP PROGRAM, DISCOUNTS, VEHICLE & CELL ALLOWANCE. Plus you get to work with us! We’re awesomely independent and have NO CORPORATE road blocks to anything. Just the boss.
